My husband and I were referred to Elizabeth by another out of town realtor when we were living in Chicago. After speaking with Elizabeth at great lengths both by phone and via e-mail, she set us up on her automated website. This handy tool automatically emails you when a home with your criteria comes on the market. Soon after we made plane reservations to come to Austin and check out the area. We had done some research but really weren't sure where we would end up. Elizabeth took us out all weekend, pretty much clearing her schedule for a couple she had never met (that by the way hadn't decided on Austin yet). She took time to really listen and asked for feedback on all of our viewings. We never felt rushed which was a big plus for us, as we had a lot of criteria to consider with 3 kiddos. We were really put at ease with this gal and developed a great relationship from the minute we spoke. After about an hour into our "tour" of Austin my husband and I both knew we not only made a great choice, but also a friend. A few months later after selling our Chicago home, we flew our whole family out again. Elizabeth again cleared her schedule for us, but this time for the week. I have to add that we tend to be a little hard to please, but this didn't seem to faze her. Instead she seemed challenged. Low and behold we found our dream home and the kids fell in love with the area. We weren't even considering a new home, but with Elizabeth's contacts she was able to hear about a brand new home where the contract recently fell through. There were incentives galore and it was perfect.
Fast forward a few weeks when our final walk through was to take place. Contemplating a cross country move we were hesitant on spending the money to fly down to Austin for the walk through. Elizabeth suggested she go on our behalf, and even recorded all of the info from the builder for our reference.
